The Easy Hāngī flavour packs are the core of the Easy Hāngī cooking experience. Each pack contains two flavour sticks, designed to infuse your kai with the distinctive, smoky earth-cooked character people associate with an authentic ground hāngī — without needing a hāngī pit.
These flavour sticks bring that authentic flavour to your home cooking, whānau meals, BBQs, celebrations, sports events, and shared gatherings. They deliver a consistent flavour outcome across meats, vegetables, mixed meals, and different cooking environments.
How many flavour sticks do I use?
• 10L Cooking Kit / Basket = use 2 sticks (serves approx. 6 people)
• 20L Cooking Kit / Basket = use 4 sticks (serves approx. 12+ people)
One pack contains 2 sticks.
If you’re cooking regularly or hosting larger groups, we recommend purchasing multiple packs or subscribing for automatic refills.

Awesome product
When im about to use the 2nd to last pack, & have 1 pack left in the freezer, I order more. So easy!
Easy hangi is the best especially when time isn’t on your side. Hangi is cooked in 45 minutes and so flavoursomen. We only just had it last Monday for dinner with pork chops, lamb chops chicken, potatoes, Kumara, spinach and stuffing! I’m yet to do my steam pud in it but will let you know how that turns out!
Easy Hangi has been used multiple times in our household over the years 😋 we even used it one Xmas day for lunch xxx
They are expensive but are good.
