Cookbook

The cookbook is a digital flip book and there are no refunds. 

Triply kits

We have a 30-day return policy on Triply kits , which means you have 30 days after receiving an order to request a return. 

Notify us of your intention by emailing info@easyhangi.nz then a response will be sent outlining our process. 

All items sent back to us should include a note inside stating name, address and phone number order was made under. 

When we receive and accept items a refund will be returned to the card purchase was made from.  

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and advise what will be done.

Missing items

if upon receiving your order you find items missing. 1. Notify us at info@easyhangi.nz 2. We will make contact with courier service to begin an investigation. 3. You will be kept updated and asked for further information where needed including completing 'Missing items' form. Please note courier investigation may take some time.  

Replacements

We have a 30 day replacement policy from date of order on non perishable products, which means you have 30 days to request a replacement. And the process for this is: 1. Place a note inside package with your name, address and ph number on it. 2. Courier (you pay for it) package to Easy Hāngī 11 Buckingham Place Springvale, Whanganui 4501. 3. When package arrives and we approve, a new replacement product will be sent by courier (we pay for it).

Easy Hāngī has sold more than 15,000 (fifteen thousand) 10 litre Gen 3 Cooking pots made from quality stainless steel. The process is extensive and involves shaping each into a continuous rounded bottom container (this ensures no possible loss of food or water) An additional steel base is then spot welded on, to provide further strength  - 'AND WE GUARANTEE IT'S AUTHENTIC STEEL BASE, THAT WILL PASS THE TEST USING ANY MAGNET!!!'

Replacement - Flavour pack/sticks

 If flavour pack or flavour sticks have been damaged or spoiled in any way, follow this process:

1. Place damaged/spoiled flavour packs/sticks into a courier package with note that has your name, address and phone number on it.

2. Pay for courier and place copy of receipt into the package. 

3. Courier the package to Easy Hāngī 11 Buckingham Place Springvale, Whanganui 4501, New Zealand. 

4. When package arrives and we approve, new replacement flavour packs will be sent by courier (we pay). And additional flavour packs will be included up to the cost you paid for courier (as per your enclosed receipt).

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refund is sent to original payment method. Bank or credit card company may take a few days to process transaction.
