Refund & Replacement Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Send an email to outlining your intention and we will provide further information.

All items sent back to us should include a note inside stating name and address order was made under. 

When we receive and accept items a refund will be returned to the card purchase was made from.  

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing items

If upon receiving your order you find there are missing items. 1. Notify us at 2. We will make contact with courier service to begin an investigation. 3. You will be kept updated and asked for further information where needed including completing 'Missing items' form. Please note the courier investigation process may take some time.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We have a 30 day replacement policy for products that are no longer usable. The process is: 1. Place a note inside package with your name and address.    2. Courier (you pay)to Easy Hāngī 11 Buckingham Place Springvale, Whanganui 3. When unusable product arrives and we approve, another new item will be sent by courier (we pay).


We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. Then we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved a refund shall be sent to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
